Terms & Conditions Welltech USA 

1. Limited Factory Warranty Welltech USA warrants its products to be free from craftsmanship defects under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

• Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of defective components with new or equivalent parts, and does not include full product replacement. • All warranty claims must be accompanied by clear supporting photos and complete documentation (including proof of purchase, product model, and defect description). 

• This warranty is non-transferable. The buyer shall bear all labor costs associated with warranty repairs. 

• If the buyer requests Welltech USA to perform the repairs, the buyer is responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping fees. 

• This warranty is void for any products that have been modified, altered, or damaged by third parties without prior written authorization from Welltech USA.  2. Shipping & Delivery 

• Shipping Damage Inspection: The purchaser must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Any loss or damage to products during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. 

• Claim Time Limit: Claims for lost or damaged goods will not be accepted by the carrier or manufacturer if reported more than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. 

• The purchaser must verify the quantity, condition, and functionality of all items in the package before signing for delivery.  3. Production Times 

• Current product lead times are subject to change. Please contact our sales team directly to confirm the most up-to-date lead time for your order. 

• Specific shipment dates must be finalized and confirmed in writing by a Welltech USA sales representative. 

• If a design proof is required for custom products, production of the entire order will not commence until the design is formally approved by the buyer.  4. Returns & Replacements 

• Returns are only accepted for select widely-used items or components, at the sole discretion of Welltech USA. 

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. 

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning any items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.  5. Ordering Orders may be placed via either of the following methods:

• All prices displayed on the website are current and subject to change without prior notice. 

• Upon placing an order, the buyer must wait to receive a formal order acknowledgment from Welltech USA to confirm final pricing, product specifications, and delivery details. 

• Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and are subject to the terms outlined in the respective promotion announcement.
